Training Again
Thursday, March 19th, 2009After some time of non-activity, I decided to return to exercising again.
During the time of no exercise I kept eating as clean as possible, except for the Christmas Holiday.
Currently I’m doing moderate weight training, doing this at home. Some days of the week I’ve also started cardio training. I am to run a mile and a half in less than 12 minutes. If anyone has strategies for training toward this goal, please share some wisdom.
