I have returned to the gym just recently.
I can feel all the muscle fibers in my body (well not all) becuase I'm sore.
It feels great to go back, although I almost had to start back from the beginning, but I expect a quick recovery.</description>

					<description>As you know, consistancy is the key to transformation my friend.  In three weeks you can undo all the good of the 3  weeks prior so that you have really wasted 6 weeks!  Let your progress and your motivation.  Your friends here will comment and you will feel so good you will want to make even more progress.  And as you said, you actually feel good after working out.  Let yourself enjoy that feeling and get to the gym!  No more excuses.  Good luck buddy!</description>
