Blog Entry
After some time of browsing profiles on this great site, I finally decided to create my own.
I also found the courage to post my latest photos. I was hesitant but I’m proud of my progress. My current shape is in no way close to the many fine athletes on this site but I’m working on it. The photos here were taken at the beginning, after three months, and some after six months (i can’t remember which are 3-months and 6-months). I do see some difference.
I appreciate the small circle of friends on this site who have added me, these have been my recent inspiration to keep working!!
Recently, in the past month or so, I started taking vitamins and supplements. I’ve come to realize that I’ve psychologically shifted from letting the supplements do the work from doing the work myself. I’ve not been to the gym in about three weeks. I can find the smallest excuse to not go or to not get up for an early morning run.
I like to visit this site, even though I won’t compete or get huge, I want to improve my body and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Later.

As you know, consistancy is the key to transformation my friend. In three weeks you can undo all the good of the 3 weeks prior so that you have really wasted 6 weeks! Let your progress and your motivation. Your friends here will comment and you will feel so good you will want to make even more progress. And as you said, you actually feel good after working out. Let yourself enjoy that feeling and get to the gym! No more excuses. Good luck buddy!

Amen to LongnHard’s comments. You’ve taken the first step, so half the battle is over. Now you don’t have to be shy anymore….and can just GO FOR IT!….keep those early photos for comparison in 6 more months!!! Eat right, sleep right, and "pump that iron!"…good luck Don….later…jeff

Thanks for the comments, sorry, I hadn’t checked my Blog.
I have returned to the gym just recently.
I can feel all the muscle fibers in my body (well not all) becuase I’m sore.
It feels great to go back, although I almost had to start back from the beginning, but I expect a quick recovery.
