Had a good day today, stuck strict to my diet, went to the gym for workout b of rippetoe and done 3 miles of running.
Done 100lb on squats, 90lb on power cleans and 65lb in overhead press, im a little worried about my power clean form which upsets me abit, i also pulled my right arm doing them, feels fine now but im not sure what caused it.
Feeling pretty good otherwise and treated myself to a chicken breast and mussel feast for protein

After a slow and sluggish morning i started to perk up mid afternoon, there was a time where all i could think about was eating a bag of walkers crisps but i managed to resist temptation and have an apple.
By 4:30PM i was at the gym pounding the iron following rippetoe, i done 90lb on all 3 exercises as accordance to the program.
I then decided to go on the treadmill, but what started as a light jog became one of my goals reached by running 2.4KM in 12 minutes 6 seconds as needed for the RAF who ask for 2.4KM in 12 minutes 12 seconds.
Overall its been a very good day for me and im proud of what ive achieved.
Thanks for reading

Over the last month ive been seeing the results i was looking for but ive also got lazy with it.
I stopped planning my meals as much, went out alot, missed gym sessions and ate bad food on nights out.
I also had trouble finding a workout i felt i would enjoy but after reading 221 pages and countless threads ive decided im going to start rippletoe as of tomorrow.
Ive come to the point where im not seeing any progress and im going to have to really put in the dedication into achieving what i set out for. I will be logging every gym visit and shameful cheat meals in here as of tomorrow to help me keep track of myself and keep myself in line.
I will be doing what is suggested and starting at 85lb on all exercises for rippetoes and working my way up so i can work on my form while working on my lifts, So lets hope for a good day at the gym tomorrow
