Havent written a blog for over a week, so I thought I would do a bit of catch up. Weigh in on Monday was good 94.7kg. Up from 94.6 but it was needed. I had to recover from a big drop the week before and as it turned out I looked a little leaner especially around the legs so all is good. I am now 12 or 13 weeks out and depending on my weigh in on Monday I might up the cardio a little, just some morning bike stuff i think.

Energy has been low and attitude has been a little off. I am still waiting for my BB.com package to arrive. It left on the 15th of last month.  I dont think they should give international orders the option of going surface mail. Fedex in most cases is cheaper, but more importantly you know where your package is and what is happening to it. But once again I have to thank the guys at the gym for helping me out with superpump and animal packs. Hopefully today fingers crossed.

On a more uninteresting note my testosterone levels continue on their downward spiral. Normal range (well test range) is 9.9 to 25mmol but mine has now reached 8.2mmol. And that was on a non gym day. This is becoming disturbing and we will continue to do fortnightly blood tests and chart our findings. This could just be a normal response to a restricted diet and hard training so a long term study might be needed. Well i am buggered a rest is in order before lunch, cheers all and remember here in Oz we will be enjoying the weekend before you guys who drive on the wrong side of the road.
