Inconceivable!!!

So apparently, I’ve been getting some feedback from some people think that I’m on roids or that I couldn’t have done this in so short a time or that I’m lying or something!  I know that there’s always gonna be haters out there and I don’t really care too much cuz I know the truth!  And there probably are alot of people on here that do that stuff (roids, lie, etc.)  But let me assure everyone, that what you see is what you get here.  All of the pics on my profile are of me and the time that it took me to reach where I am today is completely accurate!  I actually reached my main goal within 4 months of working out.  I went from 286 to 245 in 4 months.  That’s about 10 lbs a month which is completely possible if people only learned to stick to their program and eat clean.  There’s not alot of rocket science going on here!  I think most peoples problem is that they are not able to stay consistent which may or may not be their fault.

Maybe if I explained my situation better people would see why I was able to transform the way I did.  I live behind a gym that I get to go to for free because the gym has a deal with my apartment complex.  Therefore I have no excuse not to be in shape!  Also, I am currently unemployed and have just been doing odd end jobs until I can find something permanent.  So I’m in no position to afford any kind of steriods when I can barely afford groceries!  Fortunately, this also allowed me to lose the weight I wanted with surprisingly not much muscle loss.  Not having money to spend on junk food allowed me to consider healthier choices that were inexpensive.  It’s really not that hard!  I’m not trying to sound conceited but I honestly believe that if someone wanted the gains and transformation that i’ve had, they can do it!  But it just takes some discipline and consistency!  Obviously it’s easier said than done but hey, you are always going to put more time and effort into where ever your priorities lie right?  So there you go!  If working out isn’t a big deal to you, then it’s gonna be lower on your priority list.  Nothing wrong with that but I’m just saying don’t hate on people who are putting in the time for something they see as a higher priority than you do.

That’s all I got, just wanted to vent a little…For you people out there who have supported me and encouraged me from the beginning, I’m very appreciative of it and I don’t take it lightly…Thank you so much, it’s people like you and this website that has motivated me and helped me get to where I am now.  For everyone else, I’m considering posting some before and after face shots of how I looked to further convince those unbelieving souls…

Don’t let it sweat you what others say or think about you. You know and that’s all that matters in the end. Cuz no matter how much you explain yourself there’s gonna be someone that will not believe you. Just keep doing what your doing you look awesome.

Fantastic Work!! Do what you do for YOU!! It doesn’t matter what others think or say.. it is all about YOU and how you feel!!

They say safe, healthy weight loss is @ 2lbs. per week, so I don’t think 40 lbs. in 4 months is out of line. I had stretches like that as well.
You are absolutely right on in regards to discipline. Just because to someone else you made it look easy, doesn’t mean that it is. It is for me now, when I know what good choices will do for me, but for the "other" people.
    Congrats on reaching your goal!

Well done man. You’re lookin large and with a little further cut you’ll see much more muscle seperation.

If it were easy, everyone would be walking around ripped. Having a solid plan and sticking to it is very key, and a lot of people just can’t do that. Thats why the personal trainers have jobs…to motivate, teach, and help people reach goals they couldn’t reach on their own.

I just got thru watching Kat Williams comedy show and he said that haters will hate! That is what they are here for!! If you have 15 haters, make it your goal to get 16!! You do you and don’t worry about what others say or think. You know what you did to get to where you are and you know how much dedication it took. Haters hate because they want to be like you and can’t. You keep up the great work!!!

Yeah, they are just jealous. You have made amazing gains, so maybe its a compliment to you, for the reason that these gains look like something you can get from steroids. But you’ve had the determination to do this much without taking that cheat drug.
