		<description><![CDATA[I was looking around in the kitchen last night and I decided to make a good post workout shake. Here is what I made:
2 scoops Jay Robb Chocolate whey isolate,
4oz fat-free milk,
4oz water
1/4 cup dry oats,
1/4 cup raw peanuts,
1/4 cup raw pecans,
1/2 banana,
1tbsp dark chocolate bits.
Then blend untill smooth.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was looking around in the kitchen last night and I decided to make a good post workout shake. Here is what I made:</p>

1/4 cup raw peanuts,<br />
1/4 cup raw pecans,<br />
1/2 banana,<br />

Then blend untill smooth.<br />
I tasted it and it is pretty good, a little chunky but good. However I would get rid of the pecans and chocolate next time. They did not much value to the shake:</p>
<p>Fats: 42.5 g<br />
Proteins: 68.5 g<br />
Carbs: 52.5 g<br />
Total Calories: 866.5</p>
<p>If you cut the pecans you would get rid of 18 g of fat, 2 g protein, and 3 g carbs. Cutting the chocolate out would reduce fat by 5 g, protein 0, and carbs 7.
