7:00AM - 3 pieces whole wheat toast w/ light smart blance spread, 12oz rice milk.

8:30AM - 16oz water.

10:00AM - 16oz water, 1 whole wheat pita with 3 pieces 98% fat free ham slices.

12:00PM - 16oz water, 1 cup steamed brown rice, 1/2 cup mushroom alfredo.

5:00PM - 16oz grapefruit juice, 2 vending machine packs of "combos" - I had to take my wife to the emergency room after lunch so no workout or good food. Thank God she is ok!

10:30PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 8oz 1% milk, 1 zesty chicken border bowl.

7:00AM - 12oz orange juice, 1 3×3x3 in piece of quiche.

8:30AM - 16oz black coffee. 

9:40AM - 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 3oz chicken breast. 16oz water.

11:00AM - 16oz water. 

12:30PM - 1 grilled chicken sandwich, 1 baked potato w/ light sour cream, 24oz water.

1:30PM - 16oz water.

2:50PM - 1 peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat w/ 1tsp honey, 16oz water.

4:45PM - 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 banana, 16oz water.

6:00PM - 8oz veggie salad w/ 1tsp french dressing, 3oz chicken breast, 1 scoop weight watchers squash casserole, 10 water.

8:30PM - 4oz orange juice mixed w/ 4oz carrot juice.

10:00PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 8oz 1%milk.

CHEAP bulking products/food?

Hey BB’ers I wanted to get your suggestions on some CHEAP bulking foods and maybe supps. Any suggestion appreciated!

7:00AM - 2 pieces whole wheat toast, 2tsp honey, 12oz orange juice, 1 banana.

9:30AM - 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1tbsp ranch dressing, 3.8oz white albacore tuna, 16oz water.

11:45 - 1 scoop weight watchers macandcheese, 1scoop weightwatchers mashed potatoes, 12oz water.

2:00PM - 16oz water.

3:00PM - 1 apple, 1 banana, 16oz water.

4:30PM - 1 cup raw baby carrots, 16oz water.

7:00PM - 1 baked pork chop 2tbsp bbq sauce, 10oz water, 1 scoop weight watchers squach casserole - my mother in law is on weight watchers and she has been making dinner for us this week! 10oz vegie salad 1tsp french dressing.

6:30AM - Banana in the voting line.

7:15AM - 2 pieces whole wheat toast w/ light smart balance, 8oz orange juice.

8:00AM - 12oz black coffee.

11:00AM - 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup fresh cut pineapple, 16oz water.

12:30PM - 1 packet ramen drained, w/ 1/3 packet seasoning and 1 cup steamed vegetables, 24oz water.

3:00PM - 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1tbsp ranch dressing, 3.8oz white albacore tuna, 16oz water.

4:00PM - 1 banana, 16oz water.

6:00PM - 1 baked potato w/ light cream sour cream, 3 spinach stuffed mushrooms, 12oz water, 1 scoop weight watchers mac and cheese.

7:05PM - Post workout 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 8oz 1% milk.

November 03, 2008. Bulking until January.

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

7:15AM - 1 cup honey nut cheerios in 3/4 cup 1% milk w/ 1 chopped banana.

9:00AM - 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple, 12oz plain tea.

11:00AM - 1 cup raw baby carrots, 12oz water.

12:35PM - 1 packet ramen with 1/2 cup vegetables and 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast.

3:00PM - 16oz water, 3/4 cup lean chicken breast, 3/4 cup steamed vegetables.

6:00PM - 10oz water, grilled porkchop about the size of a deck of cards, 3 spinach stuffed mushrooms, 1 cup weight watchers mac and cheese - not the best choice, but hey I’m bulking! :-)

8:00PM - 3 tablespoons peanutbutter, 6oz rice milk.

7:15AM - 2 cups cream of wheat with 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp smart balance. 12oz water.

9:55AM - 1/2 fuji apple, 1 tbsp apple spread, 12oz black coffee.

10:40AM - 16oz water.

12:00PM - 24oz water, 2 fresco style tacos, 1 zesty border bowl.

5:15PM - 12oz water, 2 slices healthy meat loaf(recipie listed in blog).

8:00PM - 2 slices healthy pizza(recipie listed in bodyblog. 20oz water.

NO CANDY AT ALL!

8:15AM - 1 pieces of toast, 1 scoop Muscle Milk Naturals in 12oz coffee.

9:00AM 12oz water.

10:00AM - 1 red grapefruit.

12:20PM - 1 packet ramen noodles drained, 1/3 packet seasoning, 1&1/2 cups mixed vegetabels. 16oz water.

 2:00PM - 16oz water.

3:30PM - 12oz water, 1 crunchy peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat.

6:00PM - 2 pieces toast, 12oz milk.

8:00PM - Post workout, 1 muscle Milk naturals scoop in 4oz water and 2oz 1% milk, 2 slices of "healthy meatloaf"(93%lean ground beef, 99%lean ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, cinnamon, black pepper, thin layer of bbq on the top), 12oz water, 1 cup salad w/ 1 tbsp french dressing.

8:00AM - 1 shredded potato with tomato, black pepper, scallion, skim mozzarella cheese, 12oz water.

9:45AM - 1/2 cup raw pecans, 12oz water.

11:00AM - 12oz water.

12:10AM - 1 & 1/2 packets ramen noodles rinsed, 1/3 packet seasoning. 8oz water.

2:55PM - 1 crunchy peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, 12oz water.

4:30PM - 12oz water.

6:30PM - 1 can of corn, 12oz water. I got busy with school and never ate again, I need to get more protein I think.
