					<description>dude what are you doing??? all I see is sandwiches wheres the chicken breasts, egg whites??? if thats all you can afford then you will get a six pack and really tonned defined body but no muscle size if thats what you want then this diet is perfect althought I would only use this diet throught out spring and summer, autumn and winter you can bulk up</description>
