Lean gainer? Any suggestions? 12/16/2008
7:45AM - 2 scoops Muscle Milk Naturals in 12oz 1% milk, 1/3 cup walnuts.
9:00AM - 16oz black coffee.
10:15AM - 16oz water, 1 apple, 1 piece 100% whole wheat bread w/ 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter.
12:20PM - 1 large cucumber - sliced, 16oz water, 1 sandwich (2 pieces 100% whole wheat bread, 2oz sharp cheddar, 2 pieces thick cut 96% fat free ham).
1:30PM - 16oz water.
3:30PM - 4oz fatfree cottage cheese, 1 cup steamed brown rice, 16oz water.
5:45PM - 1 &1/2 cups wheat pasta w/ pesto, 1 grilled 1/2lb chicken breast, 24oz water.
7:00PM - 1 apple 12oz water.
8:00PM - workout
9:00PM - 2 scoops Muscle Milk Naturals in 12oz 1% milk.

dude what are you doing??? all I see is sandwiches wheres the chicken breasts, egg whites??? if thats all you can afford then you will get a six pack and really tonned defined body but no muscle size if thats what you want then this diet is perfect althought I would only use this diet throught out spring and summer, autumn and winter you can bulk up

Thanks for the input man, I’m trying to gain without adding too much bf. I know it is slower but thats kinda what im goin for.
