7:30AM - 2 pieces whole wheat toast w/ light smart balance spread, 12oz white grape juice.
8:10AM - 16oz water.
9:50AM - 12oz black coffee, 1 cup raw pecan halves.
11:00AM - 16oz water.
12:15PM - 2 servings lean beef roast w/ mixed vegetables, 8 oz water.
1:45PM - 16oz water.
3:30PM - 16ox water, 2 cups wheat pasta w/ chunked tomatoes.
5:45PM - 12oz white grape juice, 1 & 1/2 cups wheat pasta w/ chunked tomatoes, 8oz romaine lettuce w/ cucumbers & mushrooms, lite french dressing.
9:00PM - 1 scoop musclemilk naturals in 8oz 1% milk.

Off work/schedule today so I haven’t eaten well at all. Breakfast was Rooty Tooty Fresh n’ fruity at IHOP at around 10Am. Muscle Milk naturals shake at 2:40 Post workout.
I adusted my measurements to current numbers today I had put up my old measurements because I did not know what I was when I started bb.com. I gott much smaller in my chest and back and my waist is biggger but I think everything else was postive.

6:45AM - 4 scrambled eggs cooked in a nonstick pan - no oil. 12oz orange juice.
8:00AM - 16oz water.
10:35AM - 2 scoops muscle milk in 8oz 1% milk, 8oz water, 1 apple.
11:15AM - 16oz water.
12:15PM - 1 packet ramen - drained, 1/3 packet seasoning, 1/2 cup plain steamed vegetables, 16oz water.
1:45PM - One 6" 100% wheat pita w/ 3 pieces 98% lean ham, 16oz water.
2:30PM - 16oz water.
4:00PM - 1 cucumber, 16oz water.
6:00PM - 1 cup plain steamed carrots, 1 cup steamed brown rice w/ spice mix, 16oz water.
10:00PM - Got home from school starving and had couscous, a serving of squash, and beef roast, 12oz water.

Ok I was trying to catch up on school after a crazy day yesterday so I didn’t record what I ate but I know I had eggs, baked potato, toast, subway orange/carrot juice.
I may start to dirty up my diet, I have gaine 3lbs but my bf% is 6.3 now which is lower and 185 by new year’s is looking really difficult.

10:00AM - 16oz water, 1 whole wheat pita with 3 pieces 98% fat free ham slices.
12:00PM - 16oz water, 1 cup steamed brown rice, 1/2 cup mushroom alfredo.
5:00PM - 16oz grapefruit juice, 2 vending machine packs of "combos" - I had to take my wife to the emergency room after lunch so no workout or good food. Thank God she is ok!
10:30PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 8oz 1% milk, 1 zesty chicken border bowl.

9:40AM - 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 3oz chicken breast. 16oz water.
11:00AM - 16oz water.
12:30PM - 1 grilled chicken sandwich, 1 baked potato w/ light sour cream, 24oz water.
1:30PM - 16oz water.
2:50PM - 1 peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat w/ 1tsp honey, 16oz water.
4:45PM - 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 banana, 16oz water.
6:00PM - 8oz veggie salad w/ 1tsp french dressing, 3oz chicken breast, 1 scoop weight watchers squash casserole, 10 water.
8:30PM - 4oz orange juice mixed w/ 4oz carrot juice.
10:00PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 8oz 1%milk.

9:30AM - 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1tbsp ranch dressing, 3.8oz white albacore tuna, 16oz water.
11:45 - 1 scoop weight watchers macandcheese, 1scoop weightwatchers mashed potatoes, 12oz water.
2:00PM - 16oz water.
3:00PM - 1 apple, 1 banana, 16oz water.
4:30PM - 1 cup raw baby carrots, 16oz water.
7:00PM - 1 baked pork chop 2tbsp bbq sauce, 10oz water, 1 scoop weight watchers squach casserole - my mother in law is on weight watchers and she has been making dinner for us this week! 10oz vegie salad 1tsp french dressing.

9:00AM - 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple, 12oz plain tea.
11:00AM - 1 cup raw baby carrots, 12oz water.
12:35PM - 1 packet ramen with 1/2 cup vegetables and 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast.
3:00PM - 16oz water, 3/4 cup lean chicken breast, 3/4 cup steamed vegetables.
6:00PM - 10oz water, grilled porkchop about the size of a deck of cards, 3 spinach stuffed mushrooms, 1 cup weight watchers mac and cheese - not the best choice, but hey I’m bulking!
8:00PM - 3 tablespoons peanutbutter, 6oz rice milk.
