I did not go to my full-time job till 1 so I got up late.
10:00AM - Continuation of last night’s atrocious eating - 1/2 bacon cheeseburger, 1/2 serving fries, 12oz water.
12:00PM - 16oz water, 1 adkins peanut butter bar.
3:00PM - 1/2 cup pecans, 16oz water.
5:30PM - 2 cups brown rice and chicken w/ veggies, 20oz water, 1 scoop weight watchers squash and onion casserole.
8:00PM - 1 Nature Valley oats and honey bar, 20oz water.
