12:30PM - 1 packet ramen, 1/4 packet seasoning, 1 serving (deck of cards rule) of pork tenderloin w/ 1tbsp bbq sauce, 16oz water.
1:30PM - 16oz water.
2:30PM - 16oz water
3:40PM - 1 & 1/2 sweet potatoes w/ 1 tsp smart balance & cinnamon - no sugar, 16oz water.
4:45PM - 16oz water. GEEZ I’m getting my water in today
6:30PM - 2 pieces marble rye toast w/ smart balance spread, 16oz water, 1 & 1/2 cups whole grain pasta w/ mushrooms and tomato sauce.
