7:20AM - 2 pieces 100% wheat toast w/ smart balance spread.
9:00AM - 1 large banana, 16oz black coffee.
11:00AM - 1 sandwhich(2pieces 100% wheat bread, 1 tbsp peanutbutter), 4oz water, 8oz black coffee.
1:00PM - 2 cups yolk-free egg noodles w/ fat free sour cream and pepper, 1 roma tomato, 12oz water.
2:00PM - 12oz water.
3:30PM - 1 small apple, 1 large banana, 12oz water.
5:30PM - 1 serving (deck of cards rule) of pork tenderloin baked in apple cider w/ 1 tbsp bbq sauce, 12oz skim milk, 2 cups salad(romaine lettuce, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, 1/8 cup shredded 2% milk fat sharp cheddar.
9:00PM - 12oz hot apple cider - During workout.
10:10PM - Post workout. 1 & 1/2 scoops muscle milk naturals in 8oz skim milk.
