November 19, 2008. Bulking until January.

7:00AM - 2 cups honey nut cheerios, 1 cup skim milk.

8:20AM - 16oz water.

10:00AM - 16oz black coffee, 2 cups salad ( romaine lettuce, mushrooms, apple, bluberries, cranberries, and vinniagrette dressing).

11:55AM - 1 large grilled chicken breast, 1 small cube steak, 1/2 cup grilled mushrooms, 1/4 cup boiled carrots, 1/4 cup boiled greedbeans, pepper, 12oz water.

1:00PM - 16oz water.

2:45PM - 1 large banana, 16oz water.

4:00PM - 16oz water.

6:00PM - 1 & 1/2 cup beef stroganoff(egg noodles, low sodium healthy request cream of mushroom, 93% lean ground beef, onion, spices), 16oz water,

7:30PM - 1 scoop musclemilk naturals in skim milk.
