11:55AM - 1 large grilled chicken breast, 1 small cube steak, 1/2 cup grilled mushrooms, 1/4 cup boiled carrots, 1/4 cup boiled greedbeans, pepper, 12oz water.
1:00PM - 16oz water.
2:45PM - 1 large banana, 16oz water.
4:00PM - 16oz water.
6:00PM - 1 & 1/2 cup beef stroganoff(egg noodles, low sodium healthy request cream of mushroom, 93% lean ground beef, onion, spices), 16oz water,
7:30PM - 1 scoop musclemilk naturals in skim milk.
