I was out of food so I didn’t have lunch to take and I didn’t get to eat well today
7:00AM - 1 breakfast square, 12oz water.
9:00AM - 16oz black coffee.
11:00AM - 16oz water.
12:10PM - 2 cups chopped chicken and mixed vegies, 1/4 cup peanuts, 12oz water.
1:30PM - 16oz water
2:30PM - 16oz water.
3:30PM - 16oz black coffee.
5:35PM - 12oz apple cider, 2 cups salad(romaine lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, shredded cheese, homemade italian dressing), 1 & 1/2 cup beef stroganoff(egg noodles, low sodium healthy request cream of mushroom, 93% lean ground beef, onion, spices).
