7:00AM - 12oz goat milk, 3 small cinnamon rolls -geez thats dirty bulking.
9:15:AM - 16oz water.
10:05AM - 1/2 cup raw pecan halves, 1 small apple, 16oz water.
12:10PM - 16oz water, 1.04lbs from salad bar ( pineapple, sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, bell peppers, mixed baby greens, 1 hard boiled egg, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and vinaigrette dressing).
2:05PM - 1 sandwich ( 1/2lb roast beef & romaine lettuce on 100% whole wheat), 16oz water.
4:00PM - 16oz water.
6:00PM - 12oz water, 1 medium sweet potato w/ 1 tsp brown sugar & 1tsp smart balance & cinnamon, 2 cups salad( almonds, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, mushrooms, cubed grilled chicken, crutons, 1tbsp homemade italian.

Now THAT is what I call a bulking diet. Well maybe not the breakfast. You picked a good time to do it, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners…
