6:45AM - 4 scrambled eggs cooked in a nonstick pan - no oil. 12oz orange juice.
8:00AM - 16oz water.
10:35AM - 2 scoops muscle milk in 8oz 1% milk, 8oz water, 1 apple.
11:15AM - 16oz water.
12:15PM - 1 packet ramen - drained, 1/3 packet seasoning, 1/2 cup plain steamed vegetables, 16oz water.
1:45PM - One 6" 100% wheat pita w/ 3 pieces 98% lean ham, 16oz water.
2:30PM - 16oz water.
4:00PM - 1 cucumber, 16oz water.
6:00PM - 1 cup plain steamed carrots, 1 cup steamed brown rice w/ spice mix, 16oz water.
10:00PM - Got home from school starving and had couscous, a serving of squash, and beef roast, 12oz water.
