I did not go to my full-time job till 1 so I got up late.
10:00AM - Continuation of last night’s atrocious eating - 1/2 bacon cheeseburger, 1/2 serving fries, 12oz water.
12:00PM - 16oz water, 1 adkins peanut butter bar.
3:00PM - 1/2 cup pecans, 16oz water.
5:30PM - 2 cups brown rice and chicken w/ veggies, 20oz water, 1 scoop weight watchers squash and onion casserole.
8:00PM - 1 Nature Valley oats and honey bar, 20oz water.

Ok I’m back from the brink . . . I went to two thanksgiving dinners over the weekend and had my fill of southern cooking. Oh well, I’m bulking right?
7:15AM - 3 eggs over medium w/ black pepper - no oil (non stick pan), 2 pieces marble rye toast w/ smart balance, 12oz water.
8:15AM - 16oz water.
9:45AM - 16oz black coffee, 2oz 2% milkfat sharp cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup raw pecans.
10:30AM - 16oz water.
12:15PM - 1 packet chicken ramen drained w/ 1/2 packet seasoning, 16oz water, 1 serving(deck of cards rule) baked pork tenderloin w/ 1tbsp bbq sauce.
1:00PM - 16oz water.
3:30PM 1 large apple, 16oz water.
8:00PM - Took my wife to applebee’s and I ate worse than I did at the early thanksgiving dinner we went to. 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 serving fries, 32oz water, 1/2 basket boneless buffalo wings. Gees that is embarassing.

7:20AM - 2oz block 2%milkfat sharp cheddar cheese, 12oz apple cider.
9:00AM - 16oz water.
10:30AM - 1 large banana, 16oz water, 16oz black coffee, 1 piece of the Boss’ birthday cake.
12:30PM - 1 packet ramen, 1/4 packet seasoning, 1 serving (deck of cards rule) of pork tenderloin w/ 1tbsp bbq sauce, 16oz water.
1:30PM - 16oz water.
2:30PM - 16oz water
3:40PM - 1 & 1/2 sweet potatoes w/ 1 tsp smart balance & cinnamon - no sugar, 16oz water.
4:45PM - 16oz water. GEEZ I’m getting my water in today
6:30PM - 2 pieces marble rye toast w/ smart balance spread, 16oz water, 1 & 1/2 cups whole grain pasta w/ mushrooms and tomato sauce.

9:00AM - 1 large banana, 16oz black coffee.
11:00AM - 1 sandwhich(2pieces 100% wheat bread, 1 tbsp peanutbutter), 4oz water, 8oz black coffee.
1:00PM - 2 cups yolk-free egg noodles w/ fat free sour cream and pepper, 1 roma tomato, 12oz water.
2:00PM - 12oz water.
3:30PM - 1 small apple, 1 large banana, 12oz water.
5:30PM - 1 serving (deck of cards rule) of pork tenderloin baked in apple cider w/ 1 tbsp bbq sauce, 12oz skim milk, 2 cups salad(romaine lettuce, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, 1/8 cup shredded 2% milk fat sharp cheddar.
9:00PM - 12oz hot apple cider - During workout.
10:10PM - Post workout. 1 & 1/2 scoops muscle milk naturals in 8oz skim milk.

10:00AM - 16oz black coffee, 2 cups salad ( romaine lettuce, mushrooms, apple, bluberries, cranberries, and vinniagrette dressing).
11:55AM - 1 large grilled chicken breast, 1 small cube steak, 1/2 cup grilled mushrooms, 1/4 cup boiled carrots, 1/4 cup boiled greedbeans, pepper, 12oz water.
1:00PM - 16oz water.
2:45PM - 1 large banana, 16oz water.
4:00PM - 16oz water.
6:00PM - 1 & 1/2 cup beef stroganoff(egg noodles, low sodium healthy request cream of mushroom, 93% lean ground beef, onion, spices), 16oz water,
7:30PM - 1 scoop musclemilk naturals in skim milk.

I was out of food so I didn’t have lunch to take and I didn’t get to eat well today

12:10PM - 2 cups chopped chicken and mixed vegies, 1/4 cup peanuts, 12oz water.
1:30PM - 16oz water
2:30PM - 16oz water.
3:30PM - 16oz black coffee.
5:35PM - 12oz apple cider, 2 cups salad(romaine lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, shredded cheese, homemade italian dressing), 1 & 1/2 cup beef stroganoff(egg noodles, low sodium healthy request cream of mushroom, 93% lean ground beef, onion, spices).

7:00AM - 12oz goat milk, 3 small cinnamon rolls -geez thats dirty bulking.
9:15:AM - 16oz water.
10:05AM - 1/2 cup raw pecan halves, 1 small apple, 16oz water.
12:10PM - 16oz water, 1.04lbs from salad bar ( pineapple, sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, bell peppers, mixed baby greens, 1 hard boiled egg, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and vinaigrette dressing).
2:05PM - 1 sandwich ( 1/2lb roast beef & romaine lettuce on 100% whole wheat), 16oz water.
4:00PM - 16oz water.
6:00PM - 12oz water, 1 medium sweet potato w/ 1 tsp brown sugar & 1tsp smart balance & cinnamon, 2 cups salad( almonds, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, mushrooms, cubed grilled chicken, crutons, 1tbsp homemade italian.

I am going hunting today and tomorrow so I’m not going be around to keep a record of what I eat but I will try to keep it healthy and get some good bulk foods, I’ve been slacking lately and I need to eat more.
