7:30AM - 1 piece wheat toast with 1 tsp whipped cream cheese, 12oz water.

8:30AM - 1 "Boost" nutritional energy drink.

9:30AM - 12oz water.

10:15AM - 1/2 cup slice, raw almonds, 12oz water.

12:10PM - 1 packet ramen noodles 1/3 pacet seasoning, 12oz water, 1 cup applesauce.

1:20PM - 12oz water.

2:30PM - 12oz water.

3:35PM - 1 cruchy peanutbutter sandwich on wheat with 1 tbsp honey, 12oz water.

4:00PM - 16oz water.

5:30:PM - 1 cup salad( spinach, goat cheese crumbles, chives, rasberries, vinaigrete dressing) 1 large sweet potato with 2tsp smart balance 1 tsp honey, 8oz water.

10:00PM - 1 scoop Muscle Milk Naturals in 8oz 1% milk.

7:15AM - 2 cups cream of wheat with 1 tsp smart balance and 2tbsp honey, 12oz water.

8:30AM - 8oz black coffee.

10:00AM - 12oz water. 4oz almonds.

12:20PM - 20oz water. 1 Chick-Fil-A chargrilled chicken sandwich on wheat, no condiments.

1:00PM - 12oz water.

2:20PM - 12oz water, 1 chick-fil-a chargrilled chicken sandwhich on wheat, 1 packet of honey.

3:00PM - 12oz water.

4:20PM - 1 peanut butter sandwhich(crunchy peanut butter, on wheat with 1tsp honey. 12oz water.

6:45PM - 3 egg omelet( I used 1tsb evoo, to cook 2 chilli peppers, 1oz chives, 4oz mushrooms.

8:50 - 1 Scoop Muscle Milk Naturals in 8oz 1% milk.

8:00AM - Running late today, 2 eggs, 1oz salsa, 6oz shredded chicken in a whole grain tortillia, 12oz water, 16oz coffee.

10:30AM - 16oz water.

1:00PM - 1/2 large quiznos sub(raw mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, pickles, tuna salad on wheat), 12oz water.

2:30PM - 16oz water. 

3:30PM - 1/2 large quiznos sub(raw mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, pickles, tuna salad on wheat), 16oz water.

7:10AM - 2 pieces wheat toast with strawberry cream cheese, 12oz water.

9:00AM - 1 sandwich(crunchy peanutbutter on 2 pieces of whole wheat bread), 16oz black coffee.

10:00AM - 12oz water.

12:30PM - 1 packet of ramen(drained & 1/3 of the seasoning), 12oz water, 1 cup raw broccoli-plain.

1:30PM - 12oz water. 

2:45PM - 1 small red delicious apple.

3:45PM - 1/2 chicken breast sandwhich, 1oz pecans, 6oz homemade apple sauce, 12oz water.

6:00PM - 3 whole wheat crepes with 1 tbls smart balance & 1tbls sugar free syrup, 2 egg omlet with 1oz skim cheddar and green onions and tomatoes, 12oz water.

7:15AM - 1 piece wheat toast with 1 tsb strawberry cream cheese, 1 cup toasted oats with 1 cup 1% milk.

9:30AM - 1/2 cup chicken helper with broccoli, 12oz water.

11:30AM - Business lunch at a steakhouse. 12oz water, 6oz cube steak, 8oz grilled chicken breast, 4 slices grilled zucchini, 8 grilled mushrooms, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup red grapes, 4oz pineapple.

1:50PM - 12oz water.

3:00PM - 1 large granny smith apple, 12oz water.

4:30PM - 12oz water.

5:30PM - 1 grilled cheese sandwhich(cheddar cheese, wheat bread, cooked in non-stick pan), 20oz water, 1 baked medium sweet potato plain.

10:00PM - I got home from class at 10 and was starving and really sore so I had a 6oz steak, 1/3 ear of plain boiled corn, 4oz mashed potatoes with red pepper and no salt all season, 8oz water.

9:30AM - 12oz black coffee, 1 large apple.

12:45PM - 1 packet of ramen w/ 1/2 packet seasoning, 12oz water, 10 baby carrots, 1 plum tomato.

2:00PM - 16oz water.

2:30PM - 1 large apple, 12oz water.

4:00PM - 1/2 cup raw cauliflower, 12oz water.

6:00PM - 2 cups "chicken helper" with broccoli,  20 oz water.

10:15PM - Post workout, 1&1/2 scoops bioplex 100% whey protein in 8 oz 1% milk.

7:05AM - 4 of my wife’s "brunch squares" they are baked shredded potatoes with eggs, chives, ham, and tomatoes baked on top of that. It’s kind of like a thin quiche. 12oz water.

12:15PM - 1 & 1/2 packets of ramen with 1/3 packet of seasoning, 16oz water. Gees work has been crazy or I would have had a snack at around 10.

1:30PM - 20oz water.

2:00PM - 1 cup chopped raw broccoli with 1/2 oz homemade italian dressing, 16oz water.

3:30PM - 2 small red delicious apples, 16oz water.

6:30PM - 1 baked chicken breast, 8oz salad, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup shells and cheese, 1 piece of key lime pie, 20 oz water. OK that was rediculous I know I haven’t been getting enough calories but I don’t want to "dirty bulk" either.

10:00PM - 1 &1/2 scoops bioplex 100% whey protein in 12 oz water.

I did not get to workout today because I had to go to a wedding and after that I had to write two papers for school.

I did not record what I ate but I had 4 scramled eggs and more apple bread for breakfast.

Then I ate a ton of wedding food, none of it really that good for me but my calories were probably about 2100 for the day.

9:00AM - 2 small red delicious apples, 16oz water.

11:00AM - 1 large cuban steak sandwhich, 16oz water.

3:00PM - 1 large sweet potato, plain. 16oz water.

5:30PM - 1 & 1/2 packets of ramen with 1/3 packet of seasoning, 1 cups plain boiled carrots, 12oz water.

7:00PM - 2"x3" square of my wife’s healthy apple bread. Its apple sauce, mince apples, wheat flour, honey, and eggs., 12oz water.

7:10AM - 1&1/2 cups Toasted Oats cereal, 1 cup 1% milk, 12oz water, 1 light wheat sandwhich bun w/ 2tsp smart balance.

9:30AM - 12oz water, 1 red delicious apple.

11:00AM - 12oz black coffee, 1 brownie.

12:30PM - 2 Wendy’s double stacks(no cheese, mayo, or ketchup), 16oz water.

2:00PM - 1 red delicious apple, 8oz water.

3:20PM - 1 &1/2 cups raw cauliflower, 1oz my wife’s italian dressing, 16oz water.

5:45PM - 1 large sweet potato 1tsp smart balance and 1tsp brown sugar. 1 cup boiled black beans with a dash of all season and 1tbls whipped cream cheese. 12oz water, 8oz 1%milk.

7:30PM - 6oz water.

9:00PM - Postwork out 1 & 1/2 scoops bioplex 100% whey protein in 10oz 1% milk.
