9:00AM 12oz water.
10:00AM - 1 red grapefruit.
12:20PM - 1 packet ramen noodles drained, 1/3 packet seasoning, 1&1/2 cups mixed vegetabels. 16oz water.
2:00PM - 16oz water.
3:30PM - 12oz water, 1 crunchy peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat.
6:00PM - 2 pieces toast, 12oz milk.
8:00PM - Post workout, 1 muscle Milk naturals scoop in 4oz water and 2oz 1% milk, 2 slices of "healthy meatloaf"(93%lean ground beef, 99%lean ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, cinnamon, black pepper, thin layer of bbq on the top), 12oz water, 1 cup salad w/ 1 tbsp french dressing.
