7:30AM - 2 pieces whole grain bread w/ light smartbalance spread, 8oz water, 1 Boost nutritional energy drink.
10:00AM - 1/2 cup raw pecan halves, 8oz chamomile tea.
11:00AM - 12oz water.
12:30PM - 1 packet ramen noodles rinsed, 1/3 packet seasoning, 12oz water.
2:30PM - 1/2 slice plain whole grain bread, 12oz water.
4:00PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 6oz 1%milk.
6:30PM - 2 shredded poatatos skillet fried in 1 tbsp evoo with 1 roma tomatoe, 1 scallion, 1/2 onion, black pepper, and 1oz skim mozzarella to top it off. 16oz water.
10:05PM - 1 scoop muscl milk naturals in 6oz 1% milk.
