October 27, 2008. Bulking until January - I gained 2lbs
7:25AM - 1 "Boost" nutritional energy drink.
8:30AM - 2 pieces whole grain bread-plain, 16oz black coffee.
11:00AM - 1 banana, 12oz water.
1:15PM - 1 lamb chop, 1 cup wheat pasta with vodka tomato cream sauce 3 Baguette slices. 12oz water.
2:30PM - 12oz water.
4:00PM - 1 roma tomato, 1 cup raw, sliced zucchini, 12oz water.
5:45PM - 1/2 cup wheat pasta with vodka (you can used white grape juice as a substitute, my wife did and it tastes better) tomato cream sauce, 1 wheat grilled cheese with basil and mozzarella, and an egg over easy on top. 12oz water.
8:50PM - 2oz white grape juice, 6 baked tortillia chips.
10:05PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 6oz 1% milk, 8oz water, 6 tortillia chips. I don’t usually even have chips in the house but we had a party and I was eating leftovers.
