7:00AM - 2 eggs pan fried w/ non-fat cooking spray, 2 pieces whole grain toast w/ smartbalance spread, 24oz water.
10:00AM - 1 banana, 12oz water.
12:45PM - 1 grilled cheese sandwich(skim cheese, whole grain bread, non fat cooking spray, 2 eggs, 20oz water.
4:00PM - 1 cup slice cucumbers, 1 banana.
8:00PM - My wife made a big dinner
1 lamb chop seared then baked, approx 1 &1/2 cups wheat pasta with basil, mint, rosemary, and a vodka tomato cream sauce. 2 bagguette slices. 12oz water. 1 piece baked alaska, 1 mounds bite size bar.
