7:05AM - 1 Boost nutritional energy drink.
8:30AM - 1 biscuit and apple butter, 12oz black coffee. The biscuit was a bad choice I don’t want to "dirty bulk".
10:05AM - 1 banana.
12:00PM - 1/2 basket of baked tortillia chips, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 taco salad with no shell, 24oz water.
5:30PM - 2 slices of healthy pizza. (100% whole wheat crust, take 2 garlic cloves and crush them in 1/4 cup of olive oil. spread the mixture lightly over the crust add zucchini slices, roma tomato, mushroom, onion, minced turkey breast, skim mozzarella and spinach leaves, in that order. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until the cheese is bubbling. 32oz water.
