7:15AM - 2 eggs pan fried w/ no oil, 1/4 cup raw mushrooms, 1 banana, 12oz water.
9:30AM - 12oz water.
10:00AM - 1 banana, 5 cucumber slices, 12oz water.
11:00AM - 12oz water.
12:50PM - 1 packet ramen, rinsed, 1/3 packet ramen seasoning, 2 cups spinach salad(w/ raw mushrooms, chives, goat cheese crumbles, cucumbers, 1oz almonds, light ranch), 12oz water.
2:30PM - 1 sandwich(2 pieces wheat bread, mustard, 3 pieces all natural, low sodium 98%lean turkey breast), 12oz water.
3:45PM - 1/2 cup of raw almonds, 12oz water.
5:30PM - 2 egg omelet(chives, mushroms, chopped turkey breast, 1tsp pesto) 12oz 1% milk, 12oz water. 1 large baked potato with chives chopped turkey breast and 1tsp finely grated sharp 2% cheddar.
9:00PM - 1 Muscle Milk naturals shake.
