7:25AM - 1 "Boost" nutritional energy drink.
8:30AM - 8oz plain tea.
9:50AM - 1 medium banana.
11:15AM - 1 cruchy peanutbutter sandwich on wheat with 1 tbsp honey, 12oz water.
12:00PM - 12oz water.
1:00PM - 15 oz can of rinsed pinto beans, 1 packet of ramen noodles, drained with 1/3 packet of seasoning, 12oz water.
Work got busy and I left at 4 to prep for my Legal Environment exam so I didn’t eat again until 6:30Pm and that was just a snack back of sliced cucumbers. After my exam at 8:15Pm I had 2oz almonds and when I got home at 9 I ate whole wheat pasta with 1tsp pesto and 12oz water.
