7:15AM - 2 cups cream of wheat with 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp smart balance. 12oz water.

9:55AM - 1/2 fuji apple, 1 tbsp apple spread, 12oz black coffee.

10:40AM - 16oz water.

12:00PM - 24oz water, 2 fresco style tacos, 1 zesty border bowl.

5:15PM - 12oz water, 2 slices healthy meat loaf(recipie listed in blog).

8:00PM - 2 slices healthy pizza(recipie listed in bodyblog. 20oz water.

NO CANDY AT ALL!

8:15AM - 1 pieces of toast, 1 scoop Muscle Milk Naturals in 12oz coffee.

9:00AM 12oz water.

10:00AM - 1 red grapefruit.

12:20PM - 1 packet ramen noodles drained, 1/3 packet seasoning, 1&1/2 cups mixed vegetabels. 16oz water.

 2:00PM - 16oz water.

3:30PM - 12oz water, 1 crunchy peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat.

6:00PM - 2 pieces toast, 12oz milk.

8:00PM - Post workout, 1 muscle Milk naturals scoop in 4oz water and 2oz 1% milk, 2 slices of "healthy meatloaf"(93%lean ground beef, 99%lean ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, cinnamon, black pepper, thin layer of bbq on the top), 12oz water, 1 cup salad w/ 1 tbsp french dressing.

8:00AM - 1 shredded potato with tomato, black pepper, scallion, skim mozzarella cheese, 12oz water.

9:45AM - 1/2 cup raw pecans, 12oz water.

11:00AM - 12oz water.

12:10AM - 1 & 1/2 packets ramen noodles rinsed, 1/3 packet seasoning. 8oz water.

2:55PM - 1 crunchy peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, 12oz water.

4:30PM - 12oz water.

6:30PM - 1 can of corn, 12oz water. I got busy with school and never ate again, I need to get more protein I think.

7:30AM - 2 pieces whole grain bread w/ light smartbalance spread, 8oz water, 1 Boost nutritional energy drink.

10:00AM - 1/2 cup raw pecan halves, 8oz chamomile tea.

11:00AM - 12oz water.

12:30PM - 1 packet ramen noodles rinsed, 1/3 packet seasoning, 12oz water.

2:30PM - 1/2 slice plain whole grain bread, 12oz water.

4:00PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 6oz 1%milk.

6:30PM - 2 shredded poatatos skillet fried in 1 tbsp evoo with 1 roma tomatoe, 1 scallion, 1/2 onion, black pepper, and 1oz skim mozzarella to top it off. 16oz water.

10:05PM - 1 scoop muscl milk naturals in 6oz 1% milk.

October 27, 2008. Bulking until January - I gained 2lbs

7:25AM - 1 "Boost" nutritional energy drink.

8:30AM - 2 pieces whole grain bread-plain, 16oz black coffee.

11:00AM - 1 banana, 12oz water.

1:15PM - 1 lamb chop, 1 cup wheat pasta with vodka tomato cream sauce 3 Baguette slices. 12oz water.

2:30PM - 12oz water.

4:00PM - 1 roma tomato, 1 cup raw, sliced zucchini, 12oz water.

5:45PM - 1/2 cup wheat pasta with vodka (you can used white grape juice as a substitute, my wife did and it tastes better) tomato cream sauce, 1 wheat grilled cheese with basil and mozzarella, and an egg over easy on top. 12oz water.

8:50PM - 2oz white grape juice, 6 baked tortillia chips.

10:05PM - 1 scoop muscle milk naturals in 6oz 1% milk, 8oz water, 6 tortillia chips. I don’t usually even have chips in the house but we had a party and I was eating leftovers. :-(

7:00AM - 2 eggs pan fried w/ non-fat cooking spray, 2 pieces whole grain toast w/ smartbalance spread, 24oz water.

10:00AM - 1 banana, 12oz water.

12:45PM - 1 grilled cheese sandwich(skim cheese, whole grain bread, non fat cooking spray, 2 eggs, 20oz water.

4:00PM - 1 cup slice cucumbers, 1 banana.

8:00PM - My wife made a big dinner :-) 1 lamb chop seared then baked, approx 1 &1/2 cups wheat pasta with basil, mint, rosemary, and a vodka tomato cream sauce. 2 bagguette slices. 12oz water. 1 piece baked alaska, 1 mounds bite size bar.

7:05AM - 1 Boost nutritional energy drink.

8:30AM - 1 biscuit and apple butter, 12oz black coffee. The biscuit was a bad choice I don’t want to "dirty bulk".

10:05AM - 1 banana.

12:00PM - 1/2 basket of baked tortillia chips, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 taco salad with no shell, 24oz water.

5:30PM - 2 slices of healthy pizza. (100% whole wheat crust, take 2 garlic cloves and crush them in 1/4 cup of olive oil. spread the mixture lightly over the crust add zucchini slices, roma tomato, mushroom, onion, minced turkey breast, skim mozzarella and spinach leaves, in that order. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until the cheese is bubbling. 32oz water.Healthy pizza

7:15AM - 2 eggs pan fried w/ no oil, 1/4 cup raw mushrooms, 1 banana, 12oz water.

9:30AM - 12oz water. 

10:00AM - 1 banana, 5 cucumber slices, 12oz water.

11:00AM - 12oz water.

12:50PM - 1 packet ramen, rinsed, 1/3 packet ramen seasoning, 2 cups spinach salad(w/ raw mushrooms, chives, goat cheese crumbles, cucumbers, 1oz almonds, light ranch), 12oz water.

2:30PM - 1 sandwich(2 pieces wheat bread, mustard, 3 pieces all natural, low sodium 98%lean turkey breast), 12oz water.

3:45PM - 1/2 cup of raw almonds, 12oz water.

5:30PM - 2 egg omelet(chives, mushroms, chopped turkey breast, 1tsp pesto) 12oz 1% milk, 12oz water. 1 large baked potato with chives chopped turkey breast and 1tsp finely grated sharp 2% cheddar.

9:00PM - 1 Muscle Milk naturals shake.

7:25AM - 1 "Boost" nutritional energy drink.

8:30AM - 8oz plain tea.

9:50AM - 1 medium banana.

11:15AM - 1 cruchy peanutbutter sandwich on wheat with 1 tbsp honey, 12oz water.

12:00PM - 12oz water.

1:00PM - 15 oz can of rinsed pinto beans, 1 packet of ramen noodles, drained with 1/3 packet of seasoning, 12oz water.

Work got busy and I left at 4 to prep for my Legal Environment exam so I didn’t eat again until 6:30Pm and that was just a snack back of sliced cucumbers. After my exam at 8:15Pm I had 2oz almonds and when I got home at 9 I ate whole wheat pasta with 1tsp pesto and 12oz water.
