OH YEAH! (Kool-Aid man’s voice)

June 21, 2008

200lbs bitches!  Been jogging my fat ass all over, doing a lot more weight training… (I have been doing it for a while, just upping the amount I do)

Also been sponsored by Controlled Labs (Thank you Tank) to try out REDuction.  Lets just say this.  In about 11 days I lost 3lbs and I was on Meltdown and didn’t lose shit.  And I didn’t really change much of anything.

Could it be the new stimulant?  Or mental?  Either or, I do enjoy the 24 hour formula and I’ve just been killing my workouts latly!!!!

Finally!!!

May 21, 2008

Finally broke through my plateau.  Maybe the constant sit ups and the jogging I’ve added that has helped?  But anyway, I’m not 204lbs.  Much better then the 245lbs I was in December.

It can only get better from here.

Today…

May 10, 2008

205lbs.  I guess what I’ve been doing since December has been working.  I feel a hell of a lot better.  Perhaps it’s the amount of pills in eat every day. ;)   That and an active job and weight training has helped…  who knows how much more I’ll drop.

I’m trying for about 200lbs and lean…  just have to get this ***king fat around my mid section to go away…

My most recent thoughts.

March 2, 2008

So far I’m loving what I’m doing.  My job helps a lot with my goal towards success.  Also my friend helps a lot and my decision to finally change my life.

As of today, I am 218lbs about 9:00pm.  That’s after a large gyro grinder too.  So I’m probably about 215lbs… that’s from 240+ around Christmas.  Not only have I had to buy pants (36-38"), I had to rebuy my boxers, socks, sneakers, etc… everything looked like I was wearing a sheet and it just didn’t look attractive.

Now with my new outlook on life, new clothes, etc… the amount of looks (From the ladies, which every man wants!!!) as increased so much it’s not even funny.  I’m tired, I have 16 hour days coming up Monday - Friday… gotta wake up at 5am, school from 7am to 3pm, then work from 3pm to 11pm, then back up at 5.  My school is over an hour away and my work is 45 minutes from my house… so it’s going to be a long week with little time to workout and little time to rest, but I will get through this… (I need the money too)

Why I love Papaya enzymes. And why you should too!!!

March 2, 2008

Benefits Of Papaya Enzymes

The benefits of papaya enzymes for medicinal purposes are diverse and this makes papain an extremely valuable enzyme.

Papaya enzymes can be used to treat ulcers, dissolve membranes in diphtheria and help to reduce swelling and fever after surgery. Papain has also been used to treat cold sores and food allergies.

Papaya enzymes has also been noted to be useful as an anti-inflammatory and can also help to alleviate edemas. In low dosages papain enzyme is an excellent digestive aid and people who suffer with a dyspeptic disorder are normally prescribed papain. Papain also helps to regulate the bowels and helps to clean away dead tissues from the body.

Papaya enzymes may also prove beneficial to people who suffer from lower back pain, sprains and strains. It can also help to keep skin healthy and boost immune system function. Papains would healing benefits may also be argued but there is no scientific evidence to prove this as yet.

Papain enzymes have been found to be extremely effective in dissolving fats to purge and soften the skin and can be found in many beauty products.

Papain can also work wonders for sports injuries such as bruising and swelling because of its ability to reduce swelling and thin mucous. Papain can be used for reducing the swelling of a sore throat and can help to alleviate sinus pain caused by blocked or swollen sinuses. Many people have reported a rapid reduction in symptoms of sore throats and sinus pain after taking papain enzyme.

Papaya Enzymes Side Effects

Papain is considered safe is small doses, and of course as with any supplement it is always advised that you speak with your doctor or health nurse before taking any herbs or supplements.

Don’t overdo it. Possible side effects of taking too much papain enzyme may include an allergic reaction in the form of hives, itching, trouble breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the lips, tongue and throat. You should seek emergency medical treatment immediately if any of these symptoms should develop.

Some people can be allergic to enzymes and it is always a good idea to consult your doctor or health nurse before you start taking any supplements. All papaya extracts including papain enzyme should be avoided during pregnancy. They should also be avoided if you have a bleeding disorder.

Since a couple weeks now I’ve been walking all over since it’s been nice out.  ANd now in Connecitcut the weather’s going to be close to 60F, so I’m going to get paid tomorrow too… so it’s going to be a good day for me to walk throughout New London.  I’m 230lbs.  Dropped 13 pounds since I started taking Animal Cut, 1g of L-carnitine, 1g of green tea extract.  And walking and doing weights and cardio, I’ve been dropping the weight.  Also eatting right… more or less, a conscience diet it what I’d like to call it.  If I get a craving I go for the veggies and what not.  So at least if I eat something, it will be healthy. So far, so good. ;)

Might as well write something…

December 29, 2007

I’ve written many things in my life, so writting comes very natural for me.

It’s December 29th, 2007, with only a few more days untill the New Year, I thought I’d get my mind ready for the road ahead.  I have been waking up earlier each day to get myself back on track for work.  Since I live pretty much alone (Other then my son and family’s not too far away) I have time to meditate and stretch.  Being big with music, this helps my mind stay focused and on track for the upcoming physical part.

I find myself something soothing to listen to while I will sit Indian style.  From here I would relax my shoulders, my neck (rolling it from side to side, releaving stress) and my breathing would become deeper.  As you inhale, you tilt your head back to open the airway.  From here start with your arms extended out and slowly bring them up untill you have made a "Y".  This allows for maxium intake of oxygen.  Do this 3-4 times with big inhales and exhales, it will seem you’ve become a little light headed, this is normal, just extra oxygen to your body.  (Try doing this outside while the air is a little brisk and it will waken your soul (Not sitting on the ground, unless you really want to)

Yes, this is very basic yoga, but just doing this will actually releave a lot of stress.  If you can, another thing I like to do is while I have my arm in the "Y" formation, I’ll slowly start to bring them (and my body) to the floor.  So while you are still sitting indian style you are now stretched over your crossed legs with your arms over your head.  This will stretch your back and also help blood flow.

Just doing basic things like this actually helps clear your mind and get mentally ready.  Listen to some nice calming music (Ambient or Lounge works… look at www.di.fm) and just let the troubles of the world melt away through your body.
