Just to let you know that depending on what you ate, how much water was in you, etc...that body fat % number could be higher or lower.  Usually the hand held ones are accurate from what I've been told +/- 2%.  Best time is to check in the morning as soon as you wake up and before you do any exercise.  Anyways, remember to focus on your progress and the direction you are heading and I'm sure you'll achieve not just your fitness goals, but life ones as well.  Good Luck!</description>
