I’m Coming Along!
Well…I’m getting there. Slowly but surely adding some size and increasing my strength. I’ve been staying on the perfect push-up and pull-ups and also hittin up the gym on the regular. You can really track your progress w/ the perfect push-ups because the workout are quick, easy, but affective. I’ve added the Nitro Tech to my program and its descent. You’re not going to see 14lbs put on in 8 days like it claims but it gets the job done. Now I’m just trying to get my cardio right and focus on plyometrics. Get my hops right for basketball ya kno!!!!
