- Hey hey in a previous blog i wrote how the whey protien was messin me up bad. well i talked to some personnel trainers and checked it out on the net. i guess the reason my muscles got all messed up was because i have never takin any supplements before and i was overloading the muscles with all the stuff i was taking. just like when you start first working out you will get sore and they effects were extreme because my body needed to adjust. other wise it was all good and nothing to worry about. so i guess round 2, i will try to pick up the whey agian and carry on.
