			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i had a great delt workout today, felt awesome when i was done, took 400mg of caffeine anhydrous prior to workout, applied 5 squirts of formestane this morning, the usual consumption of v3 swole, and mega men sport vits, along with a few scoops of gnc 100% whey preworkout and a bowl of cheerios w/ skim milk, post workout consumed 2 scoops of whey w/ water and chicken with veggies, but i had some shoulder pains afterward so im ashamed to say i took percocet which has acetamenophin, and has negative bearing on protein synthesis.&nbsp; it&#8217;s all good at least i didnt drink any alcohol, than i would be really pissed haha
