Leg Day Today.
Well Today I spilt my workout, Quads and ad/abductors in the morning, Then Hamms and Lower Back in the evening. Wow, did I ever kick my own ass. And I started my new supplements today, there was a small difference (more mental than anything i suppose). But I will give them a few days to fully kick in and I will take it from there. The diet is holding strong, today I wasn’t even tempted to break it, mind you that I felt like throwing up (the trade mark of a great work out). Minor note about the diet and work out was that I noticed that my quads are becoming vascular, and I am really excited, because I havent had veins on my biceps since highschool, and to have them on my quads, WOW. I will get some progress pics up in the next week or so.
