I have been at a peak. My weight is not increasing. I need to eat more and more and more. More calories. Ice cream.lol maybe. 3 shakes a day. one scoop or two… 3 meals a day or 4. very big ones. need to put down more intake and focus on weights hit them hard. Form form Form. 8 to 10 or 6 to 8 reps. Get that mass. Wht do you think?
