I have been at a peak. My weight is not increasing. I need to eat more and more and more. More calories. Ice cream.lol maybe. 3 shakes a day. one scoop or two… 3 meals a day or 4. very big ones. need to put down more intake and focus on weights hit them hard. Form form Form. 8 to 10 or 6 to 8 reps. Get that mass. Wht do you think?

I ma do bent over rows, and t bar row. Close and wid. along with dumbbell row single, then some lat pull downs. I ma go heavy with 6 to 8 and 8 to 10 reps. Let me know if got any other exercises that will give me a shock.

Next will be back. Im goin for the weight. Heavy but controlled is wht I am lookin for. Trying to develop that bulk. Bulk bulk bulk, and then shred it later. But not for a while. So I ma change things up and get a great shock, and pump. Any sugs. jut hit me up. Thanks. oh & need to work on lat. width too.

Well yesterday was strickly chest. Started at flat bench for 6 sets, then went to incline bench for another 6 sets, then flat dumbbell press and incline press, at the same time alternating doing flys. Got the largest pump ever.

tris: close grip, skull crushers, behind the neck tri press, cable press downs.
bis: barbell curls, dumbbell curls, concentration curls, preacher curls.
