					<description>I love hip hop :) I think it depends how u feel if it's too much for one day I find that if your not too exhausted then it's alright. It's not like u did it all of heavy cardio or all weight lifting. You have a good variety, hip hop, eliptical and then yoga to cool down with! Sounds like ur doing great!</description>
