Too much today……
This morning I trained legs and used the eliptical for 30 minutes at different intensities. In the evening was the really fun hip hop class 60 minutes than striaght into a 60 minute yoga. is this too much for one day? I feel ok…kind of tired but, just don’t want to over do anything. Any comments please……..are always appreciated! Thanks

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. Sounds like you’re looking to continuous exercise as a means to manage fat and weight? Might reduce vital nutrients just to sustain homeostasis. We should discuss on strategies as to minimize effort with managing resources properly. TTYL…:)

I love hip hop
I think it depends how u feel if it’s too much for one day I find that if your not too exhausted then it’s alright. It’s not like u did it all of heavy cardio or all weight lifting. You have a good variety, hip hop, eliptical and then yoga to cool down with! Sounds like ur doing great!
