Too much today……
Monday, March 9th, 2009This morning I trained legs and used the eliptical for 30 minutes at different intensities. In the evening was the really fun hip hop class 60 minutes than striaght into a 60 minute yoga. is this too much for one day? I feel ok…kind of tired but, just don’t want to over do anything. Any comments please……..are always appreciated! Thanks
