Drop sets
Thursday, November 8th, 2007I have been doing drop sets for the past few weeks and was wondering if anyone had any input on training and advice that may help me reach my goals. I am fortunate that I am able to get to the gym 5 to 6 times a week. Sometimes I feel the harder I train…the hungrier I am and being that I am trying to lose bodyfat it seems to be a catch 22 for me.
