My future mother in-law was here for two weeks and left this morning. I have been eating cookies and pasta, you name it! I have been to the gym once maybe twice in the past 2 weeks. Some how I managed to maintain my weight at 127lbs but, I feel lazy so Monday I am getting back into clean eating and training like a banchee! Send motivation my way and I will post some new pics soon !

This morning I trained legs and used the eliptical for 30 minutes at different intensities. In the evening was the really fun hip hop class 60 minutes than striaght into a 60 minute yoga. is this too much for one day? I feel ok…kind of tired but, just don’t want to over do anything. Any comments please……..are always appreciated! Thanks

I have been doing drop sets for the past few weeks and was wondering if anyone had any input on training and advice that may help me reach my goals. I am fortunate that I am able to get to the gym 5 to 6 times a week. Sometimes I feel the harder I train…the hungrier I am and being that I am trying to lose bodyfat it seems to be a catch 22 for me.
