Happy 2008! I hope you had a beautiful and blessed Christmas and New Year. Mine was spent with my family in the VERY SNOWY and VERY COLD state of Vermont, it actually dropped to 20 below zero a couple of times, I guess I’m too used to this Texas weather now to be able to hack it in the North Country anymore 
It is time to set your New Years fitness resolutions and I just want to say that there is no better way to set fitness goals and see them through until the end than to commit yourself to competing in a show. When I entered my first show about three years ago now it ended up completely changing my life. I learned so much about my body, my training and my nutrition that I simply couldn’t got back to my old lifestyle. That is why I encourage anyone who has the thought of doing a show in their mind to just go for it! It will absolutely change your life and the perk of committing to a goal such as this is that you get to have the best body you’ve ever had at the same time!
