Hey ya’ll!

 Well I’ve got a little over a week now until my next competition at the FAME North American Championships and I am sooo excited! Physically I feel ready for this show but I’m planning to keep my training intensity up this week. I’ll be doing a lot of extra posing practice this week, but I’m also planning on staying as relaxed as possible so I’m going in for a massage this weekend too… aaaaaahhhh:) It’s been an exciting couple of weeks since winning my WNSO pro card that is for sure! What is so great is since this organization promotes so many different types of physiques from swimsuit models to bodybuilders there is a category for everyone so there are no more excuses not to compete!!!

 It’s so great because the main stream public is really taking an interest in this organization. I was featured in two newspapers today… one here in San Antonio and one in Vermont covering my win… and I’m scheduled to appear on the Fox 29 News here in San Antonio on Halloween morning to talk about the WNSO, what it means to be a Pro, the show I’m sanctioning and also to give some spooky fitness tips:) So that should be a lot of fun, they want me to wear a costume too!

 Well that’s all that’s going on in my little world right now. I’ll keep ya’ll posted on everything!

O.k. it’s time for me to make the official announcement! I’m so pleased to let you all know that I am sanctioning a show for the WNSO down here in beautiful San Antonio! The date is May 2-4, 2008 we have a beautiful venue, historic Sunset Station, right in downtown SA. This show will be a Pro-Qualifier for Swimsuit Model/Muscle Model/Fitness Model/Figure/Bodybuilding. I’ll be posting more information about the show very soon but be sure to mark your calendars for these dates! It’s a beautiful time of year to come to Texas!
