Waterlogged!
I am retaining so much water for the past few weeks. Around 5-8lbs of it. I wake up in the mornings and my hands and fingers are swollen. Is there any advise how to stop this? I really can tell a difference in my shape when I retain water and it pisses me off to see the scale go up.

First of all the progress pics are awesome. You have really made a decision to change your body and your commitment shows.
Without knowing the intimate details of what you are doing, my first thought was regarding your sodium intake. Others more in the know than myself might be able to give you more but that was my first thought.

Drink more water and lower sodium intake. also if it is just your hands and legs get your sugar checked and your heart checked. You may have possible diabetes or heart problems, don’t want to scare or alarm you but have a full physical to be sure. Be careful and try to keep motivated and progressing.

I can just suggest to take the water insertion to the limits. It may cause real big problems. We don’t want to send you to hospital
