Happy Halloween to all the sexy folks on BB.com. I see I’m not the only one not Trick-or-Treating. Oh, that’s right….none of us can eat any FRIGGIN CANDY!!! But …that’s the only way NOT to look like the rest of the world.

It sucks when the scale doesn’t move for weeks at a time, but I have my own way of measuring progress. I have a belt w/ the holes all the way around. When I first got the belt I could only put it in the first set of holes, today I can fasten that bitch on the eighth notch! I"m so proud! Well I haven’t been able to make it to the gym all week due to school and work, but I did manage a good arm workout at home yesterday. I’m still trying to do pushups every other day. I gues I’ll squat til my legs fall off today.

Why does it hurt in my abs and lower back when I do pushups? I’m pretty sure I’m using correct form, I guess it’s from holding my big ass up. I hate push-ups! I did manage 16 then a second set of 5 then I was done lol. But hey, at least I’m trying.

I am proud to say I managed 15 push-ups tonight! And I ain’t talking about girl pushups.Yeah! That truly is an accomplishment for me because the day I started w/ my trainer in April, I could only manage #1.

I feel weaker today than last week!

I started training with heavy weights last week…and somehow tonight I feel weaker and couldn’t push as much weight. I hope that gets better. I still had a good workout. 40 minutes on the treadmill, then an hour of lifting. Worked chest, shoulders, bis and tris….cause I won’t get to the gym tomorrow. I still feel so much stonger on my right side….I feel uneven. I find myself using my right arm more…I’ve got to concentrate more when I’m working out. Does anyone know if it would be a bad idea to lift heavier on the left side so my arm left arm can catch up to the right?
