My quest for cheapness

So as always looking for better products the cheaper, arent we all though. Ran out of weight gain and instead of getting my usual decided as argos are now selling quite cheap products and had weight gain get bcaa’s half price, so though what the hell.

Not too bad tasting but definetly not value for money so was just a trial and error again, will use it all up then next month back to my usual.

Never usually get bcaa’s anyway because my whey is full of them anyway but at half price on top of the weight gain was worth a try anyway.

New Creatine

Not updated in a small bit.

Anyway have changed the creatine using on recomendation of mate in the gym, started using primaforce cee. Never used cee before and already seeing better gains in the gym and energy gains. Cheap and great gains, with the order got free Nitric oxide which been taking also but dont know if taking at right times as not getting the pumps or feelings others say are getting.

Also been thinking of changing the weight gain using and replace it with two servings of extreme nutrition whey, but will order this after back from holiday in benidorm.

No luck at all with holidays

So was away to benidorm there and when got back have picked up some sort of virus/flu. Missed two training days with it and still coughing and feeling very bad and unlikely will be able to train tomorrow. Dont know if its changes in temperatures or as i say ive picked up something but wish it wasnt every time i go on holiday.

Holiday

So my weekend in London turned into a 2 week stay as fiancee decided she wanted a break away, so the night meant to return from lads weekend down there fiancee arrived after booking us a hotel for next week and a bit.

So trainings took a slight knock by two weeks and god im feeling it and seeing it, between drinking a hell of a lot of alcohol and eating really badly the belly and the chest just look very flabby again, maybe not as bad as i make out but still bad since was having good results.

So tomorrow will be my first day back in the gym since just before going away, thinking maybe wise just to drop the weight by a 2.5kg or 5kg on each exercise then next week back to normal weight, dont get me wrong wouldnt think two weeks wouldve had such an effect before but def feel the differences in my body also.

An encounter with a timewaster

Okay i dont know everyones opinions on this, some may see my opionion as shit or may agree with me.

Anyway, At gym other day and when it came to doing incline bench press i use the Smith Machine due to having no spotting partner and can push that little extra weight. So theres a guy about 40 to 50’s on the machine, fair enough i thought i’ll swap routine round a little and do flyes the now, so he’s gabbing away to his mates and there all f*cking carrying on and one of them is actually walking around like a chicken saying no one can touch me, f*ck knows what they were talking about, so anyway i completed 4 sets of 10 reps (5 sec up and down) and 1 1/2 minute rest between sets and this git still hadnt done one set yet.

So i went and said can i use the machine to quickly pump a set of incline between your sets he said “f*ck im nearley finished”, so i though f*cksake get on with it but thought fair does onto next exercise go back to incline, i completed 4 sets of 10 reps again this time on military press same rest time, he had pressed one set, i went over and said take it thats you finished, he said no, then his mate went over and started pressing and they started gabbing again, so i done another 4 sets of 10 on front raises this time his mate had done 2 sets and he had done 2 sets, so i said mate ive finished a full routine in the time youve been on one bit of equipment, then i said shit forgot i couldnt do one exrecise cos of one idiot (i was pisse dbut had to keep calm) in total this guy had been on one bit of equipment for 50 minutes, and most of it joking with his mates, now i feel i was right to say something, anyway one of his mates said “f*cking youngsters think they can have everything when they want” i said for f*cksake doesnt take 50 mins to for any bench press workout surely and whats the deal with the chicken walk is that part of his routine too, so this time guy does another set while im talking to his mate he gets off and goes there the F*cking machine prick, Now ive got anger problems and usually wouldve just plastered him with the a weight but got to now think about other things first and responsibilities.

So i made a joke saying F*ck is this all youve pressed (the guy was about twice my size) and upped the weight and done 6 reps same as them so after my four sets i came off and just said “F*ck four sets in just over ten minutes i must be training wrong shouldve took my time” the guy stormed off in a huff and next minute the gym instructor came down (he had went up and complained and said i had been cheeky and harrassing).

Now come on i dont think i was wrong was i? Anyway another gym member actually said he had been waiting on the equipment also and what he seen and that i had asked for the equipment and that i recieved cheek. Ohh yeah the boy that told the gym instructor what he seen also mentioned he was laughing at a young boy behind his back who was starting out lifting about his size and amount of weight he was lifting, i never seen that but for f*cksake everyones got to start somewhere, at least if anything give the boy some confidence help him out if he ever needs be. So after all that nonsense and the gym instructor telling us off like schoolboys it was over.

But honestly again was i right to moan at him, felt like it was a crime to ask if i could do sets in between his, its a petty situation but an annoying one also.

Has this happened to anyone else? Im not being silly am i? Know there must be other annoying and idiot gym users but when ive trained elsewhere if someone was taking there time they had the decency to either let me do a set here there inbetween theres etc.

Ach nevermind after finished this posting put it out my mind.

No Money for Essentials

Since my changeover in Jobs and changing from weekley to Monthly payment ive ran out of Creatine today and ran out of Weight Gain yesterday. My last and all it is is a three day payment the buggered on wages a while agao on friday i can get weight gain but then need to pay couple small bills and rest on food then skinto again till first wage from new job on 13th June (be so grateful when that comes).

Just hate not being able to get what i feel is essentials for where and how im going to get what i want out of my training.

Small rant over lol

Phase 3

May 19, 2007

So im going to start Phase 3 of my program tomorrow instead of Monday (got a job interview so fingers crossed).

Going to need to do one half of my workouts early mornings as want to superset of a couple of bit and the gym gets really busy so changing training times around a small bit so can hopefully get freedom of different equipment no probs, without someone while im on one bit of equipment jumps on where i want to jump straight too as soon as finished reps.

Need to get more weight gain through the week didnt realise how little had left till made shake today, got enough for another two days. :(

Weird feeling

So this is my week off (rest a week every 3 months) but because i goto the gym every monday been sitting in house all day not having a clue what to do with myself, was thinking could go do a few compound sets etc just little bits then got to keep telling myself to shut up and im having a rest week for a reason.

Roll on next monday to get back in the gym.

On another not my Dymatize Protein finally arrived today starting to run out of last tub thought would have a day without any protein, going to start ordering two/three tubs at a time to save cash also.

Three Month Update

May 11, 2007

Thats me reached my three month update point, Have upgraded my progress pics to my page if want to check them out. Still nothing special yet but it takes time and im over the moon with the progress ive made.

As you’ll see in the pics lost a little fat round the belly and my chest looks a lot better, arms are widening and getting bigger and my back is more shapely. Lot more strength gained over last three months also.

Again really happy with progress.

Going to update my stats on my profile now, heres hoping the looks of my photos and what im happy about is just as good with the actual measurements.
