Number one thing and most important thing you must remember..
IT IS GOING TO TAKE TIME….
- You have to devote yourself to it everyday….
- Week by week it will get better….
- It will get easier…
- It may get addicting = good thing, in my opinion.
- Its ok to slip once and a while. Just make sure to grab back on…
- Have a cheat meal, once a week. Eating right all week, earns you that pizza on Sunday while watching the eagles, Go Birds..
- If you are a drinker, DON’T drink…..Simple as that… I gave up going to bars for 4 months…… Worth it…
- The only thing you should be drinking is water…
- Do not let anyone get in your way…
- And do your workout everyday…
- Have a least one rest day…
- Do not look at exercise as a pain, but rather as a Gain…
