Motivation For your succes..

Number one thing and most important thing you must remember..

IT IS GOING TO TAKE TIME….
 

  • You have to devote yourself to it everyday….
  • Week by week it will get better….
  • It will get easier…
  • It may get addicting = good thing, in my opinion.
  • Its ok to slip once and a while. Just make sure to grab back on…
  • Have a cheat meal, once a week. Eating right all week, earns you that pizza on Sunday while watching the eagles, Go Birds..
  • If you are a drinker, DON’T drink…..Simple as that… I gave up going to bars for 4 months…… Worth it…
  • The only thing you should be drinking is water…
  • Do not let anyone get in your way…
  • And do your workout everyday…
  • Have a least one rest day…
  • Do not look at exercise as a pain, but rather as a Gain…
