So I finally took pictures of my stomach. Hopefully with the pictures in this post you will be able to critique me on what needs to be changed, and HOW!
Keep in mind I have a hard time with gains in my lower body. What I mean by gains, muscle definition or muscle improvement in general.

fat loss=abs, no way around it
I’m cutting right now in an attempt to show off the tight six pack I can feel but not see under my belly. My calories went from 1900 to sub1200 and I’m down 2 pounds in 5 days, though always have to factor in water and hormones etc. anyway good luck to both of us!

Is that your pic? I think you look great already! I’m pretty much on the same road as you. I am 5′’4" 120 lbs with 21% bodyfat and I have been lifting and eating clean for almost 4 mos. and lost 37 lbs so far, but still no abs.
