Back To Basics Week 2
Well, started kicking my own ass again. Decided once in a day was not enough, and started doing my cardio in the morning at around 530am and then going to the gym at night for weights. Does it wear me out? Yes, but sometimes you just gotta push through harder than you want to get where u wanna be right? So im doing it. I feel a lot better, feel like my health has improved, i have more energy and my body is starting to lean out again. I love the feeling of the burn again. Im not stoppin now, current workout is as follows:
Monday:
Run in morning
Chest and Triceps + Abs
Tuesday:
Run
Back and Biceps
Wednesday:
Run
Legs and Shoulders + Abs
Thursday:
Run and Abs
Friday:
Chest and Back
Saturday:
Arms and Shoulders
Only working legs one day a week right now because they are getting way more sore than i expected. Weekends are longer workouts so i consolidate everything into one time bracket instead of 2 a days splits. Who knows who reads this, but hell this is my journey back to where i know i can be. So if anyone can use this, awsome, if you dont like my posts, i dont really care. Hope everyone is well, and that your training hard and reaching your goals!
